In this message, I was working through the 16th Psalm. David ends the psalm with the very famous verses…
“You make known to me the path of life;
in your presence there is fullness of joy;
at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
David informs us that the ultimate goal in the Christian life is joy and pleasure. Yet this is not as simple to attain as we might imagine. Sin and misery ruin this picture. But there will be a day when we will finally step into His Presence and experience joy and pleasures forevermore.
